Antima Jain is a psychologist and the founder of The Other Side. With over 2.5 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, uncertainty, identity exploration, and life's inevitable transitions, she's learned that therapy is less about having all the answers and more about sitting with someone while they find their own.
Antima didn’t step into this work to fix people. She became a therapist because she deeply believes in the power of being truly seen. She believes in having one’s story witnessed with care and without judgment, and in finding your way back to yourself when life feels heavy or overwhelming.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and the understanding that healing does not follow a straight line or a perfect timeline. Trained in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, Antima brings together clinical skill and genuine human connection to create a space where clients feel safe to slow down, feel fully, and show up just as they are.
The Other Side was created as a space that feels honest, safe, and human. A place where you do not have to have it all together, where your pace is respected, and where showing up messy is welcomed.
