1.1. Once the client has booked a session, they can not cancel it.

1.2. Cancellation with refund of money will be allowed only in cases where the therapist is not available at the time of appointment to provide the client with therapy.

2.1. Rescheduling of the session will only be allowed in cases where the client has intimated about the same 24 hours prior to the time fixed for the appointment.

2.2. If the client arrives more than ten minutes after the scheduled start time, or doesn’t arrive for the session for whatever reason they will not get a refund or an option to reschedule. They will have to book a fresh appointment.
